Are you a regular visitor to my Zazzle shop? If you are, keep reading!
During the Months of May and June, if you make a purchase from my Zazzle store and mail me a photo of you with the item, you will be put into a drawing to win a button, magnet, postcard or keychain of your choice from my Zazzle shop.
The rules are simple:
- Purchase something from my shop during May or June of this year.
- Email me a photo of the item being worn or held along with your name and email so I can contact you.
- Two lucky people each month will be posted to my Zazzle shop and this blog.
- If you are picked, you can choose a button, magnet, postcard or keychain from my shop for free! 😀
Two lucky customers will win every month through June 30th, 2009.

If you are a member of Deviantart or have roamed the net, you may have seen a “design the dew” bottle link. I don’t think the “Official” site is actually doing any sort of contest but I know it lets you design a bottle for fun. Deviantart is letting members created a memorable and unique bottle design. They have good prizes too. 😀 I’ve already submitted several designs you can see here. If you are a member, please look at my designs. If you submit one, let me know and I will look at yours. I don’t know if votes and traffic help as it says they have judges so popularity may not play a part in the contest. Still I’d like to get opinions on my entries if you have a moment.
Oh just one thing… if you are under 18 or are sensitive to certain things… this site may not be for you. My area is Rated G… but other areas can be a bit more “mature” which is unfortunate if you decided to look around for something normal. Just a friendly warning and FYI.

For Doc Marten Contest
This is one of my entries (the best one actually) for the Doc Marten boot contest. I found out by accident about this when someone was nice enough to compliment me at Zazzle about something I recently added to my shop there. She had a link to her own boot design so I gave it a go. If you could all vote for me, I’d appreciate it. 😀
I’m also waiting for news about where and when my piece of art I contributed to There is going to be on display. I haven’t heard much since they told me I won. I’ve already begun spending the money on my avvie. LOL She hasn’t had anything new in a while I think. She has more stuff than I do. ;P
If you hear of any good contests, let me know. I’m always up to for a new place to showplace my art.

So I was a winner and my artwork will be displayed in the game. 😀 The problem is… I’m trying to recall what I sent in. LOL I think it was my Bird Girl aka Girl of Cranes geisha print. Geesh, you’d think I’d remember what I sent in. I might check my sent msgs as I usually send a copy of contests and important stuff back to me.
When I get a screenie of the art, I’ll show it here.

I don’t think this qualifies as a real art contest, I think it’s more of a promotional site that pays for quality artworks.
Comozo Art Contest asks for illustrators and artists to send in their designs. Once received they judge either through the site (or other means) how popular a piece is and then award the chosen a limited print edition contract (200 in the edition) to print said artwork as a high quality canvas giclée prints. Chosen artist receives a set of 200 “certificates of authenticity” to sign and return for said artwork.
Sounds like a pretty good deal in my opinion and they seem to pay pretty well up to US $4600 or $3000 Euros. It’s a European site, I think french from the sound of it, and seems to be all and all legit. Heck who wouldn’t mind making up to that kind of cash from a sale of 200 limited edition prints?!? I know I wouldn’t mind much.
